Current members are invited to renew their membership when contacted by the Memberships Services from the WA State Branch of the RSL. For Highgate Members who are experiencing difficulty in attending our events and therefore may be considering not renewing Membership, please note that assistance with transport arrangements can be provided by contacting the Committee.
New Members - Service Membership
For those who have served in the Australian Defence Forces or with Allied Forces in any theatre of conflict or for not less than six months in the Regular or Reserve Forces.
New Members - Service Membership Pro Rata
Reduced membership fees may apply for new Service Membership where it is sought midway through the year.
New Members - Affiliate Membership
For those who are related to a person eligible for Service Membership or who work for a paramilitary force such as Fire Brigade, Nurses, or Emergency Services.
New Members - Associate Membership
For current financial Members of an RSL Sub-Branch who like to regularly attend another sub-branch. Voting rights only apply to the Home Sub-branch. Please contact the Highgate Sub-Branch Membership Officer or Secretary for an application form. if you are interested in becoming an Associate Member.
Highgate Sub-Branch encourages all Members to complete a Member Profile for inclusion in the Hall of Honour. This is a unique record of Members’ service or association and is the only known one of its kind in Australia. At the time of applying for Membership at any level, please complete the Member Profile and forward to the Secretary.
Please note that this is a purely voluntary matter that contributes to Highgate’s history and whether or not a Member profile is completed will not otherwise be considered in the Membership application process.
