LLOYD Aubrey Alexander

Service No: DX640. Highgate Treasurer. In commercial life he was a banker and served in many locations in this state and in the Northern Territory. He enlisted in the A.I.F. in Darwin and served in Artillery Units in the Pacific Theatre. Returning to civilian life he resumed his career in banking, reaching managerial status. He was involved in community work, for instance in Apex and Rotary, in which institutions he held responsible office. Je joined Legacy in 1965 and served on a variety of committees until he was elevated to the presidency in 1983-84.
