Enlisted WRAAC 1963 – trained Sydney. Served as Secretary at Sydney’s Victoria Barracks (1963/64) and Sec. to Comdant at Duntroon’s CSC (1964/65). Grad. WRAAC OCS 1965, posted 6 Signals Regiment Puckapunyal. Resigned Dec 1965 to marry Army Officer heading to Vietnam War. Army representative in hockey, softball, swimming. As Army wife, served 7 years PNG, 1 year Germany, postings in NSW, Vic and WA (16 different homes!). Worked as Secretary/PA at Goldbergs, Wigmores, Liverpool Hosp, PNG Brewery, then AGSM/Uni NSW (5 years), Mercer Perth (18 yearr=s). Retired 2004. Past Member Royal Commonwealth Society, Member Institute Professional Secretaries & West Coast Eagles FC, Associate Member Cottesloe RSL (Secretary for 3 years). Highgate Golden Oldie.
