Awarded ISM.  Awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM)  – In recognition of service to the community and veterans, particularly through the Honour Avenue Committee: 26 January 1997. Honour Avenues Group. Remembered: Plaque on Kings Park Bench overlooking the Swan River dedicated 16 April 1998.
