Service No: WX18.  Highgate Sub-Branch Foundation Member.  Pre-War. 11/16th Infantry Battalion. Libyan Campaign with 6th Div. 2/11th Infantry Battalion 6 May 1943 – 19 January 1945 CO 2/11th Infantry Battalion 17 January 1945 appointed Temporary Commander 3 Australian Bas Sub Area (Jungle Training). After the War as Manager CIG Chartered a cargo ship and salvaged gas cylinders from the Pacific area for his company of which he became the Managing Director. State War Memorial Sub-Warden.
